Delete your Forge account and data

How to request account deletion

Send an email to hello@hive-interactive.com with the subject “Forge account deletion request”.

• Use the email address linked to your Forge account when possible.
• Include your Forge account email, public UID, or Firebase UID if you can see it in the app.
• Tell us whether you want to delete your full account or only specific data.
• We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted with your account

When we complete a full account deletion request, we delete or anonymize data associated with your Forge account, including:

• Account profile data, app settings, authentication profile and push tokens.
• Training data, routines, workout history, PRs, exercise records and shared workout activity.
• Nutrition data, recipes, ingredients, stock items, calorie targets and related logs.
• Body metrics, progress logs, progress photos and Forge-managed uploaded media.
• Social data tied to your account, such as friend links, party records, likes and comments where technically feasible.

Data we may retain

Some data may be retained for limited legitimate reasons:

• Purchase, subscription and payment records managed by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat or payment providers.
• Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, legal or tax records where retention is required.
• Crash logs, diagnostics and aggregated analytics that no longer identify you directly.
• Backup copies for up to 90 days before they are overwritten or deleted from backup systems.
• Content copied, exported or stored by other users before deletion, which may not be under our control.

Partial data deletion

You can request deletion of selected data without deleting your Forge account. Email hello@hive-interactive.com and describe the data you want removed, such as progress photos, social activity, training history, nutrition entries or profile data.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some requests may require extra verification or additional time if the request is complex, legally restricted or involves third-party records.
